What this site collects

This website is a static informational site. It sets no advertising cookies and contains no forms that submit data to us. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. It records only page views, the page you arrived from, your browser type, and your general location by country, all in aggregate. Fonts and images are served from this site directly. The small visit-counting script loads from Cloudflare.

Booking

Online booking links go to Jane, the practice's scheduling system, operated by Jane Software Inc. Information you enter there is governed by Jane's own privacy policy and by the practice's obligations as a healthcare provider.

Calling, texting, and email

If you call, text, or email the practice, the information you share is used to respond to you and to provide care, and is handled under the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices. See our HIPAA Notice.
